Job Description

The Solution Architect will be responsible for delivering comprehensive opportunity assessment and validation projects, starting with discovery and business analysis phases and ending with validated solution concepts. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, mapping business processes and data flows, identifying high-value use cases, and evaluating GenAI functionalities with customer examples.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery and Business Analysis
• • Stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions to identify issues and business opportunities
  • Mapping end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies and potential use cases for Generative AI
  • Establish value for realizing specific business goals
• Solution Concepts and Validation
  • Develop solution concepts that address the business needs
  • Validate core GenAI functionality, including testing with client data
  • Mock-up solutions and make videos to illustrate potential user experiences with support from the Augmented AI engineering team
• Solution Development and Deployment
  • Working with the sales team, prepare comprehensive solution proposals
  • Oversee successful delivery, deployment, and adoption of solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications
• Proficiency in developing prototype or proof-of-concept software (Python, JavaScript)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in consulting or professional services, or proven customer-facing experience as a product manager or solution architect
